Duckfarm was first created in 1998 as a small personal site to showcase photos to family and friends. Since then, Duckfarm has had many design changes and has shifted strongly towards providing downloads such as icons and desktop backgrounds.
Today, Duckfarm provides a range of desktop backgrounds and other free downloads that can be used on a variety of computer systems.

Duckfarm User Group
The Duckfarm User Group (DUG) is a flickr group designed for posting screenshots or photos of your favourite Duckfarm desktops currently in use on your computer.
